About Us

World Mark Resources (M) Sdn Bhd (World Mark) is a company incorporated in Malaysia to establish a framework and a system of trustmarking
We accepted and workable globally for the necessary trust infrastructure to facilitate eCommerce. There exists a proven demand for trusted frameworks online that commands support from Business to Business (B2B) Trading Parties, Business to Consumer (B2C) Merchants, as well as customers.

The global nature of eCommerce allows all parties to transact globally with ease and online purchases often involve transactions between strangers. During these online transactions, there exist serious concerns on issues such as security, privacy, fulfilment, redress as well as possible fraud that may occur. The market for halal products in ASEAN countries and worldwide is today expanding. Historically, halal was ascertained close to the place of consumption, but with improved food processing technologies, and with increased migration and trade of products between distant regions, certification has become increasingly important to practicing Muslims. Trustmarking is a simple and visual way to build trust and confidence. A Trustmark is backed by a full complement of codes of practice and compliance audit to differentiate the preferred and qualified establishments from those that have no independent standards which they are measured. Businesses and governments all over the world are attempting to build a trust infrastructure necessary for electronic commerce (eCommerce) to take place steadily. While governments provide the legal framework and are careful not to over-legislate, businesses have developed various trust solutions, ranging from digital certificates to insurance and escrow services to enhance trust and confidence to transact over the cyberspace.
